About Me

Prior to becoming a massage therapist, in 2001, I worked in Western medicine as a physician assistant, for 25 years.  This experience provides a broad background in human anatomy, as well as a high degree of comfort in work with people having disabilities or illness.
My focus in massage work, is facilitating a healing experience, physically and spiritually.  I limit my practice to two sessions per day.
In addition to medical training, I bring to this work a daily practice of meditation, yoga, aerobic exercise, and regular (three times weekly) strength training.
I have a lovely room in our home on the Mesa that is devoted to massage, and I am also available for outcalls.
I look forward to hearing from you.
